The idea for The Renewal Room came to me at the beginning of last year, during a time when I knew I needed change.

At first, it felt like an escape—an idea of something different, something better. But over time, it became so much more.
It became a vision for the kind of space I needed for myself, and the kind of space I knew others needed too.

That decision led me to move to Columbus, surrounding myself with people who I knew would support me as I stepped into something new. It wasn’t a perfect or easy transition, but it was necessary.
Along the way, I was reminded of who I am at my core—a creative, someone with vision, and someone capable of bringing that vision to life.

The Renewal Room was created from that realization.

I’ve always been drawn to the quieter side of this industry—the moments of care, relaxation, and intention.
The kind of space where you can slow down, breathe, and just be.

Not every salon is meant to feel that way, but I knew that’s what I wanted to create.

A space where people feel safe.
A space where you can show up as you are.
A space where you can leave not only feeling beautiful, but feeling renewed.

Over time, my journey also led me deeper into wellness and energy work. Through learning how to ground myself, protect my energy, and reconnect with who I am, I realized how important it is to care for more than just what’s on the surface.

To me, renewal is about investing in yourself fully—your creativity, your individuality, your spirit.
It’s about allowing yourself to grow, to evolve, and to become who you truly are.

This space is just as much a part of my own becoming as it is for the people who walk through the door.
